Product ordered on Feb 21, 2021 and arrived in Canada as described on Mar 3, 2021. Unfortunately, packaging was insufficient and damage was sustained during shipping. The adapter itself was wrapped in bubble wrap and was not damaged. But the dock was only enclosed in a plastic bag with no padding and sustained damage during shipping. A small piece of plastic broke off the dock housing, as shown in photo #5. You can also see a significant dent on the cardboard shipping box, which likely led to the damage on the dock. The adapter itself is as described. It has clearly been used and has some minor dents and scratches on the plastic housing but is in satisfactory condition for a used item. I haven't had time to use it much yet so can't comment on the actual product performance.
